BT Broadband continues its big tech giveaway with fibre deals for another week

By Tech Online Things

We have absolutely no shame in admitting that we love a freebie. OK, so they may be an eye-catching way for retailers and internet providers to draw in customers, but…who cares!? And BT Broadband is a consistent purveyor of freebies, most recently throwing in a pricey tech gift if you sign up for one of its broadband deals.

The offer reared its beautiful head a month or so ago, disappeared, and then came back last Friday. Now BT has confirmed that it will continue through for another seven days and is due to end on Thursday June 20.

With the choice of a free pair of JBL headphones, a Samsung tablet or an Amazon Echo all up for grabs, these are undoubtedly some of the best broadband deals in the UK right now (and one less thing to buy on the forthcoming Amazon Prime Day)

In terms of which of BT’s packages offer these incentives, the standout deals come from the Superfast Fibre and Superfast Fibre 2 bundles. But as if the big tech freebies weren’t enough to win you over, BT also offers BT Reward Cards with these deals. Depending on which package you choose, that could mean either £30 or £60 extra on top of this deal.

Ready to collect your new gift and super fast speeds? You can see all of the details of these offers from BT down below. Or check our guide to the best fibre deals to see what else is out there.

What is a BT Reward Card?

The Reward Card that BT sends out is a pre-paid credit card that you can use anywhere that accepts Mastercard. In short, that’s around a million shops, cafes and restaurants around the world, so you shouldn’t find it difficult to find places to spend, spend, spend.

It’s an old-fashioned chip and pin card, rather than contactless. But do make sure that you claim your Reward Card within three months of installation, otherwise you’ll lose out on all that cash.
